When I only want to park for 2 or 3 days, do I still have to pay the minimum park remuneration?
We always have to charge the minimum remuneration for 5 days. Our parking service is very labor and cost-intensive.
Can I drive my car to the parking place myself?
Since April 1st, 2006 this isn’t possible anymore, since we don’t employ a shuttle bus anymore transfer to and from the departure
terminal. As can be seen on our homepage, every vehicle is picked up at the departure terminal and transferred to the parking
garage from one of our service employees.
What happens when my return flight lands on a different airport and I arrive at 2 o’clock in the morning at Düsseldorf airport and
want to collect my car?
Under these circumstances, you should contact our service employees directly after notification. In case the information is provided
during the flight, please call us immediately after you landed. In this way, no delays will develop collecting your car. The telephone
number is on the backside of the parking ticket you received when handing over your vehicle.
What do I have to undertake when it is certain that my return flight data changes?
Please give a short call to our service employees and announce the new flight data. The telephone number you will receive with the reservation
confirmation.
When my holidays are terminated earlier then indicated, do I have to pay the remuneration for the agreed-upon parking time?
Unfortunately, we have to charge the remuneration for the entire agreed-upon period, since we can’t allot the free parking place on short term.
Is the service remuneration valid for collect and return of my vehicle and how do I have to pay for it?
The service remuneration is charged only once. The overall is 15€ for collect and return. The parking remuneration incl. service fee
has to be paid cash to our service employee at the airport departure terminal when collecting the car. Unfortunately, we can’t accept
credit cards due to procedural issues.
